How do I upgrade buildings?

To upgrade your buildings, you will need to collect a certain number of specific animals, as well as spend some gems Gems.

To find out how many animals you need for each section, tap on the build icon at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Once this icon is selected, each buildable item will show the requirements to unlock it.
